Cancellation Policy

  • No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please ensure that you check all details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Damaged / Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 6–8 days of receiving the product. The request will be processed only after verification from our end.

  • Quality Concerns: If you feel the product received does not match the description on our website or your expectations, kindly notify our Customer Service Team within 6–8 days of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, the team will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.

  • Warranty Products: For items covered under manufacturer warranty, issues should be raised directly with the respective manufacturer.

Refund Timelines

  • Once a refund is approved by TRICOTE CLOTHING, it will be processed within 9–15 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
