DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on Sundays or on national holidays observed in India.
In cases where we receive a large volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. Kindly allow a few extra days for delivery during such periods. Should there be any substantial delay in shipping your order, we will inform you via email or phone.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally delivered within 7 to 8 working days. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability or unforeseen logistical delays.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Please note that Tricote Clothing does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Details
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number(s).
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Tricote Clothing is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim.
Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
In case you receive a wrong or counterfeit item, please share an unboxing video with us to initiate an exchange.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to delivery within India only.
