EXCHANGE POLICY
Hassle-Free 7-Day Exchange
We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange from the date your order is delivered. Please note that only exchanges are allowed—returns or refunds are not accepted.
Reverse Pick-Up & Charges
We provide reverse pick-up services at a nominal fee of ₹199, which will be collected at the time of approving your exchange request.
Reverse pick-up availability is subject to your area pin-code. Our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse address at your own expense.
Product Condition for Exchange
Products must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
If tags are removed or the product appears used or in poor condition, your exchange request will be declined.
Packaging & Information
Ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid damage or loss during transit. Include your Order ID and Registered Mobile Number clearly on the package.
Exchange Request Timeline
Once a request is submitted, it will be reviewed and approved within 24 working hours. After approval, our logistics partner will attempt a pick-up within 2 working days.
After pick-up, please allow up to 7 working days for the product to reach our facility.
Inspection & Approval
Once the product is received, we will notify you of its arrival and conduct a Quality Check. Based on inspection, your exchange will either be approved or rejected.
If approved, the new item will be shipped to you accordingly.
Important Notes:

COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.

Exchange is allowed only for size or color change.

Do not share your OTP with the delivery agent until you have verified the package.

If the package appears tampered with, please do not accept it.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for smooth processing of claims or exchanges.

We reserve the right to limit or modify exchange eligibility for certain products or promotions without prior notice.

Wallets are not eligible for return or exchange.
